Hot wallets are digital wallets that are connected to the internet, allowing for easy and convenient access to your cryptocurrencies. However, this internet connectivity also makes them more vulnerable to hacking and theft. Cold wallets, on the other hand, are physical devices that store your private keys offline, providing a much higher level of security but with less accessibility.

Before you think a cold wallet is the best way to go for maximum security. You’ll need a hot wallet to participate in DeFi Liquidity Pool, Lending, Borrowing and staking.
